The Unholy
Updated: Feb 25
The Unholy was a unique movie to make. We started production in February 2020 and were shut down on March 14, 2020, as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. At the time we didn’t know if we’d ever finish the film. Luckily we came back in September 2020 in the heat of the pandemic to finish the film.

Description
A hearing-impaired girl is visited by the Virgin Mary and can suddenly hear, speak, and heal the sick. As people flock to witness her miracles, terrifying events unfold. Are they the work of the Virgin Mary or something much more sinister?
My Role on The Unholy
I was the A Camera Operator on The Unholy. It was a pleasure to work DoP Craig Wrobleski, Director Evan Spillotopolos, and Producer Sam Raimi.
My Stories from the set

Jeffery Dean Morgan flew to Atlanta the day after we wrapped filming in Fall of 2020 to film the final season of The Walkling Dead.
The Unholy was the second movie that I filmed with Cary Elwes. Our first time working together was back in 2017 on the set of Ghost Light. Cary was a pleasure to work with both times. There is a great story about talking with Cary at the Ghost Light wrap party in the post for the movie Ghost Light.
